Its location was good, a 10-15 minute walk from Worthing Pier. Windows were facing garden.

For the price we paid, The Annexe provided excellent value for money. The room was cozy and well-equipped with nice little touches like chilled wine in the fridge and a folder filled with useful information. The location was perfect, with the station, town centre, and seaside all a short walk away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to leave our luggage on the day of check-out so we could enjoy the area a bit longer. Definitely recommend!
The breakfast experience could have been improved.

I had a wonderful overnight stay at a cozy flat that had everything I needed. The layout was perfect and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, with supermarkets and the seafront within easy walking distance. The parking on the drive made it so convenient to access the flat. The garden area was small but peaceful, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
The WiFi was a bit poor and the chairs in the living room were not the most comfortable. The garden area was smaller than expected, and as it was fenced off, it wasn't suitable for my larger dogs.

Great cosy apartment right next to town centre. Nice comfy little apartment really close to the station, town centre and seaside, with all you need. Lots of little nice touches, such as chilled wine in the fridge, a folder with all sorts of useful information , chocolates.
The flat is quite mini-sized which was more or less OK as my wife and I are both small. The bathroom in particular is tiny, not much more than a large cupboard really, with an even more tiny basin which is compounded by being placed far too close to the radiator.

Loved the free WiFi and private parking, perfect for my hiking adventures. The apartment had a cute patio with garden views and was close to the museum and theater. The coffee maker was a lifesaver for my caffeine fix.
Couldn't have asked for more, but maybe next time they can add a personal butler.

We stayed at The Annexe for a few nights during our trip to visit friends. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently situated between our two groups of friends. The quirky and comfortable decor inside made us feel right at home, and even our usually anxious great dane, Poppy, seemed at ease. The clever design and layout maximized the space, and we found everything we needed for our stay. Having the freedom to prepare our own meals was a plus, with supermarkets just a short walk away. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel, along with the designated parking, added to our positive experience. Plus, we even had the pleasure of the cat's company!
Would recommend this hotel.

I had a great time staying at this cozy holiday flat. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and town with plenty of restaurants and entertainment options. the quirky decor inside was charming and comfortable. the owners were friendly and provided lots of information about the area. the bed was comfortable and the flat was well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the wine, chocolates, and doggie treats that were provided upon arrival.
The WiFi could have been better and the living room chairs, although stylish, were not very comfortable.

I had a slight issue with the shower running only cold water, but the owner was quick to address it and offered a sincere apology. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and it was conveniently located. I had a pleasant stay at this cozy accommodation.

Convenient location 💼
This place is in a great spot and it's easy to get around. The bathroom had a nice, strong shower. If you're hungry, the Morrisons in front of this venue is a great spot to grab a bite to eat and really savor your meals.
